Pikes Peak Community Tennis Association has been working with the City of Colorado Springs to cover two courts at Memorial Park Tennis Center. The cost of the project is $670,000. The city of Colorado Springs has earmarked $310,000 for the project while PPCTA is working to raise $360,000. Click here to view the power point presentation made to the Parks and Recreation Board.
